Hanna Mechanical Services completed the mechanical installation for the Cat B Fitout of MCS Group’s new head office at the flagship Ewart Building in Belfast. The scope of works undertaken was extensive and involved the provision of new LTHW and chilled water services to supply fan coil units. Primary and secondary ventilation systems were also installed to and from the fan coil units, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment for all employees.
In addition, we installed new canteen facilities, complete with domestic water and wastewater services, to support the daily needs of the staff.
The project designers had a specific vision for the new head office at the Ewart Building, which required all services to remain exposed as part of an industrial aesthetic. This made the project particularly challenging, as it required a high level of attention to detail that Hanna Mechanical executed with precision and expertise.
