Each circuit has a separate pump and controlled separately through the BMS system installed in the boiler house.

Hot, Cold, Mains and Hot Water Return is extended from a new DHW cylinder located in the new boiler house to serve the new Toilets and Kitchen.

The Toilets in the new extension each have their own separate extract system. These are controlled via ceiling mounted PIR’s, with the speed of each fan controlled via a speed controller located in the store at the rear of the building.
